A Training Session for club members only will run in tandem with this event. This is one of our series of training events in the run up to the CompassSport Cup final on 19 October and will concentrate on contours, of which there are quite a few in Sutton Park.

We do hope that club members will give the training a try, as it is an ideal opportunity to concentrate on your skills rather than your speed. Entry fees for training will be the same as for the score, and anyone doing both will only have to pay once - but since the training will use some of the same control sites as the score the recommendation is that to get maximum benefit from the training it would be better not to have previously done the score. You are advised to arrive by 12:00 if you intend to take part in the training, which will begin at the latest at 12:30.

Data Protection Act: Entry information (name, age-class and club) and the results of this event will be stored on and processed by computer systems under the terms of the British Orienteering Federation's registration under the Data Protection Act. The results from this event will be published on the Internet.
