Training Evening League Series Info

New covid safe training arrangements:

The League will be a MapRun League this year with the opportunity to run the course either on the Wednesday evening or at any time within that week. Please note that controls will not be placed. You can run the course traditionally without a smart phone but you will not be eligible for the league.

General information:

Six league competition events are spread throughout the year with short, medium and long courses (2, 4 & 6k). Best four runs out of the six events count and each course length is a separate league so there should be a competitive option for everyone or a full length course on a Wednesday evening for those that would just like a run or an interesting walk.
