Summary
This year we will be holding our Annual Prizegiving and AGM at Hinchingbrooke Country Park, on the afternoon of Saturday 18th March to follow the Park-O we already have planned there earlier in the afternoon.
Directions / Parking
Details on how to get to Hinchingbrooke Country Park are the same as for our Park-O event earlier the same afternoon.
Entry Details
The AGM and prizegiving is open to all club members.
It will be held in the Visitor Centre at Hinchingbrooke Country Park as soon as practicable after the Park-O (4pm start).
Registration and Start Times
We estimate the AGM and prizegiving will start around 4pm, and finish before 5pm.
