Orienteering - Get up to speedTraning videos featuring members of the British Team
Last year, Sport England worked with South London Orienteers in a project to help teenagers develop their orienteering skills. As part of this project, a series of eight short videos have been produced presented by athletes from the GB Orienteering team.
The videos are filmed in different locations and the aim is to help juniors deal with more technically demanding courses, but they can also be used by newcomers wanting to “get up to speed”. Each video focuses on a specific orienteering skill.
