Summary
This year, our annual prizegiving and AGM will be held at The Baker Studio at Clay Farm Centre, Trumpington. The intention is that those running in CUOC's Icenian sprint races in Trumpington can come to our meeting after their final run, but of course you don't have to take part in that event to attend our prizegiving and AGM. All members are welcome to attend.
Directions / Parking
The address of the Clay Farm centre is Hobson Square, Trumpington, Cambridge CB2 9FN.
There is limited parking at Clay Farm Centre and in Hobson Square. There is a walking route along the guided bus route from the P&R at Trumpington. The finish of the afternoon sprint races will be a few minutes walk away.
Clay Farm Centre is 350m south along Lime Avenue from the CUOC afternoon Assembly at Trumpington Sports. Note that the only access by car is from Hobson Avenue.
Do not approach Hobson Avenue by car via Addenbrookes - you will be fined if you do so.
Registration and Start Times
15:00 - Baker room open
15:15 - Drinks and snacks available (tea, coffee and biscuits)
15:30 - Prizegiving begins
16:30 - AGM finishes.
