Run the course either at the social Wednesday evening event or on your own at any time in the fortnight afterwards (up to midnight on the second Tuesday after the event) for your run to count in the league.

A change from the previous MapRun events in the series, with two sprint courses (either long 4k or short 2k).

£3 senior; £2 students
Registration and Start Times
Registration and starts from 18:30 to 19:00
Prize giving at about 7.45 p.m. followed by a meal at 8.00 p.m.
