Organiser's Report:
Thank you all for coming along to todays bright and sunny, if slightly cold, event. Firstly, an excess of thanks is due to the planner Iain Stemp who stepped into the breach and only had around 8 weeks to plan today's courses. Both myself and the controller are extremely grateful to Iain for all his hard work and effort at such short notice to create great courses that were widely enjoyed. As always thanks to all the helpers from WAOC and CUOC without whom the event wouldn't run. I hope you all enjoyed your runs today and I look forward to seeing you lots of you at the next WAOC event, the Royston city race on March 10th.

Pre-entry is strongly encouraged. On-line pre-entry is live, and is available through Fabian 4:
On line entries will close at midnight on Wednesday 30th January 2019. No pre-entries will be accepted after this deadline. On the day entries may be available subject to availability of maps (to be confirmed).
SI card hire: £1 in addition to above entry fees.

Registration and Start Times
Registration will be open from 10:00 am till noon.
This is a National event so exact start times will be assigned. Start times will be allocated from 10:30 -12:30 in line with stated preferences as far as possible. Punching starts.
Terrain and map details
Terrain
Bush Heath is a mixture of open heathland and forest blocks of differing maturity and runnability. Some areas contain brambles, and this is shown on the map by a vertical green line screen.
Map
Maps will be 1:10000 scale, A4 size. Maps and control descriptions will be on waterproof paper.
Presentation of the EA league 2018 trophies will take place near Assembly around 1pm.
WAOC Trophy recall: If as a WAOC member you have a club cup awarded last year and now due for return before the AGM, please bring it to Bush Heath and return it to registration.
