Thanks as always to all the helpers from WAOC without whom the event could not run. Thanks to James for planning some great courses that kept people out of mischief! Hope to see many of you juniors at the new Park-O starting at Milton on 15th September.

Summer Series event at Impington Village College. Registration on the day at Impington Sports Centre. Registration open 1:30pm - 3pm.

Directions / Parking

Directions: Post code for SatNav: CB24 9LX. Grid reference: TL445 630.

From the A14:Take junction 32 signed Impington. Follow signs for Impington, just after Football ground turn right down New Road, then turn right down Park Drive where the sports centre is located. We will be near the scout hut at the front of the sports centre.

Course Information

Courses:        

Short ~1.6km, very easy 14 controls.

Medium ~2.5km, easy, 20 controls.

Long ~3.5km, 24 controls more difficult

We will be using SportIdent (SI) electronic punching.

This includes hire of SI card (electronic timing chip)

Registration and Start Times

Registration is near the scout hut.

Registration and enquiries between 1.30pm to 3pm with starts from 1.45pm to 3:15 pm.

Terrain and map details

Courses are just within college grounds. Map is A4 size printed and on non-waterproof paper.  Control descriptions on maps only.

Facilities: Café and toilets in sports centre, car park.
