We hope you enjoyed your run in the sun at Priory Park, and we hope to see you again at Wimpole Hall Estate next week for our Snooker-O and Park-O.

* Postcodes are not very precise in some areas, so don't rely on them for an exact location.

We return to the territory of last year's Sprint Double, with a range of colour-coded courses to suit all ages and abilities.

Parking, registration, toilets, etc will be at Longsands Academy, accessible from Longsands Road. The nearest postcode, for SatNavs, is PE19 1LQ.

Colour coded courses will be on offer as follows:

Restrictions: Green and Blue courses cross a road with significant traffic and are therefore open to over 16s only.

Entry fees are as follows:

Seniors (not members of British Orienteering	£ 7
Seniors (members)	£ 5
Juniors (Under 21)	£ 2
SI card hire	£ 1

Family or other groups sharing a map and SI card are charged the same rate as seniors as above.

Registration will be open between 10:00 am and noon. Starts will run from 10:30 to around 12:30. Courses will close at 2:30pm.

Map: 1 : 4000 scale, A4 sized, printed on waterproof paper.

Terrain: Parkland with limited wooded areas. Longer courses also include neighbouring residential areas.

Dogs must be on control at all times and on a lead in all urban areas. No dogs in Academy buildings.
