Welcome to our new website. It is designed to be responsive to different screen sizes and devices, as the image shows.

Thanks to Iain Stemp, there is now a WAOC club on Strava:
You can fined this here: www.strava.com/clubs/WAOC
or search for 'West Anglian Orienteering Club' in the club search on Strava.

Our annual prizegiving and AGM will be on 17 March in Milton.
Anne will arrange for the club trophies to be engraved with the 2017
winners' names, but she needs the trophies to be returned to her by mid
February at the latest.
So - if you have a WAOC trophy, please can you pass it on to myself or
another committee member e.g. at an event, or make your own arrangements
to return the item to Anne by mid-February.
Congratulations to the WAOC category winners in the East Anglian League for 2017.
The full league table can be found on the League page of the EA website.
The presentation of trophies will be at the CSC Qualifier event at Shouldham Warren on 11 March.

The list of WAGAL events for 2018 will appear here soon. The first event this year yielding WAGAL points will be the CompassSport Cup Qualifier at Shouldham Warren on 11th March.
WAGAL is short for WAOC League. Members automatically earn points from participating in nominated club events, and each year the winners (with the highest points in their category) earn a prize! The current scoreboard is here:
The WAGAL League Table for 2017 is now finalised after the Wimpole Night Event. Click on the link above to see the scoreboard.
There were 7 WAGAL events this year including the CompassSport Cup and the British Sprints, with 5 to count.
At the British Sprints, some helpers ran both events, some ran one and some did not run at all and consequently might not have 5 WAGAL scores for the year. Those who ran twice were credited with their Final score: those who ran only once were credited with their score, whether in the Qualifiers or the Finals and those who did not run at all were credited with their lowest score over the year (apart from the organiser and planner who were credited with their highest score, as usual).
Congratulations to all WAGAL winners:

Congratulations to Alex Wetherill for coming 3rd in the M14 class at the Scottish 6 Days, based in Royal Deeside.

Congratulations to all the winners and especially Helen O on Seniors, Stephen on Vets and Sam on Juniors!
